• A game that will not load, or loads on one device and not another.
• A game in the wrong category, or with a title, description or thumbnail that is wrong.
• A game that should not be listed at all — though a formal takedown belongs on our DMCA page.
• Anything on the site itself that is broken, unreadable or unusable.
• Publishing your game with us, or advertising and partnership enquiries.

We did not build the games and cannot change them. Progress lost inside a game, a bug in its own logic, or a request for a new level belongs to whoever made it — the game page names the developer whenever the publisher tells us who that is.

We also cannot restore favorites, history or a streak. They live in your browser cookie and there is no account behind them for us to look up — which is exactly why the site never asked you for an email address.

Takedown requests have their own procedure and required contents. Please use the DMCA guidelines rather than this address, so nothing gets lost.
